Risk does not stay still for the length of a project. Conditions change, new sites open, contractors rotate and procedures drift. Many organisations need experienced support on hand without building a large in-house team.
AxsuR provides advisory support through the life of a project or operation. We help set up security and risk arrangements at the start, keep management informed of regional developments that affect the operation, and review procedures as conditions change.

Questions clients ask
Who provides security on the ground?
Licensed local security providers. AxsuR assesses and vets providers against the same criteria, defines the operating model and standards they work to, and monitors how those standards are applied. Selecting a provider remains the client’s commercial decision.
How often are regional risk updates issued?
The frequency is agreed in the scope of each engagement and depends on the environment and your operation, from a periodic review to closer monitoring during a deployment.
Can support be provided for the full length of a project?
Yes. Support can be arranged for a defined phase or on a retained basis for the life of the project, with the scope reviewed as conditions change.
How do you work with our existing security team?
As an extension of it. We agree responsibilities at the outset so that our advice supports your team’s decisions and does not duplicate what is already in place.
