Policies and plans only work when people know what they say and feel able to act on them. Training turns written procedures into habits and gives managers the confidence to make decisions.
AxsuR designs training around the organisation: its locations, its risks and its own procedures. Sessions are led by practitioners, use realistic regional scenarios, and are pitched at the audience, whether that is new travellers, site managers or a country leadership team.

Questions clients ask
Is training delivered in person or online?
Both are available. Awareness sessions work well remotely. Exercises and workshops are usually more effective in person. We recommend a format once we understand the audience and objectives.
Can training be tailored to our own procedures?
Yes. We build sessions around your policies, reporting lines and locations so that participants practise what they will be expected to do.
In which languages can you deliver?
English and Arabic. Tell us your requirement and we will confirm what is possible for your audience.
Do participants receive a certificate?
We can issue an AxsuR certificate of attendance. Our courses are not accredited qualifications unless that is stated in the proposal.
