Decisions about where to operate, which sites to open and how to protect people and assets depend on an accurate picture of risk. AxsuR provides independent assessments that describe the operating environment as it is, explain what it means for your organisation, and set out proportionate measures to manage it.

Each assessment is led by a senior practitioner and written for the people who have to act on it. We state our sources, separate fact from judgement, and prioritise recommendations so that effort and budget go where they reduce risk most.

Questions clients ask

What is the difference between a country risk assessment and a site risk assessment?

A country risk assessment looks at the national and regional operating environment: security, political stability, crime, health, transport and the likelihood of disruption. A site risk assessment examines one location in detail, including its surroundings, physical protection, access control and procedures. Many projects need both.

How long does an assessment take?

It depends on scope. A desk-based country assessment is typically completed faster than a multi-site review that needs visits and interviews. We agree the scope, method and delivery date with you in writing before work starts.

Do you visit sites in person?

Where the scope requires it and conditions allow, yes. If a visit is not possible we say so, explain how the limitation affects our findings, and agree an alternative method with you.

Will the report tell us what to do, or only describe the risks?

Every assessment ends with prioritised, practical recommendations. Each one names the risk it addresses so you can decide what to implement first.
