The challenge
An international company undertaking a major industrial development in Libya required an independent security risk assessment of its project site.
The objective was to identify potential security vulnerabilities and evaluate whether existing protective measures were adequate for a complex operating environment, before the company committed its people and resources.
Our approach
AxsuR conducted an on-site security risk assessment, reviewing the facility’s security arrangements, physical protection measures, access controls and exposure to relevant external threats.

The assessment combined direct field observation with structured risk analysis. Each identified threat was evaluated for likelihood and impact, both as found and with recommended measures in place, so that management could see what each measure would achieve.
The value delivered
AxsuR delivered a structured site security risk assessment that identified areas for improvement and set out practical, prioritised recommendations. It gave management a clear basis for decisions, for strengthening protective measures and for improving operational preparedness, with ongoing operational support available as the project progresses.
